Content that could be harmful, abusive, or exploitative is flagged and removed promptly.
Reporting and Response
Users can report abuse, harassment, grooming, or harmful content directly through the platform.
All reports are investigated by the Safety Team with urgency and confidentiality.
Serious cases are escalated to appropriate authorities or law enforcement.
Restricted Interactions
Users identified as underage, vulnerable, or exhibiting risky behavior are restricted from certain interactions to ensure safety.
Automated alerts may flag suspicious activity for human review.
4. Staff Roles and Responsibilities

Moderation and Safety Team

All Employees and Contractors

Responsible for reporting concerns or breaches immediately.

Reports and investigations are handled confidentially and shared only on a need-to-know basis.
Data retention follows legal and regulatory guidelines.
