Pixie is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over.

All users must complete an ID verification process through our partner YOTI before accessing the platform. By using Pixie, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the minimum age requirement.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

You can join Pixie with a free account, which gives you access to our core features.
Pixie also offers Premium subscriptions that unlock additional tools and benefits, including profile customization, content insights, and the Profile Viewer feature.

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time within your account settings.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Pixie responsibly and respectfully. You must not:

Post or share content that is illegal, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or harmful.

Harass, abuse, or threaten others.

Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

Use Pixie for commercial purposes without prior approval.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Pixie. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that breaches our Community Guidelines or UK law.

6. Moderation and AI Use

Pixie uses AI-powered moderation tools alongside human oversight to maintain a safe and inclusive environment.

We take your privacy seriously. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Pixies Digital Ltd provides the platform “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will always be error-free.
